The Beach Club at Bimini is a Bahamas stop on selected Virgin Voyages itineraries. It can be a simple beach-and-pool day or part of a more active visit. Confirm that Bimini is on your chosen route, then decide how you want to spend the time ashore.
Virgin’s current guidance lists Beach Club access, beach and pool areas, food, soda and water, Wi-Fi, facilities and free tram transport between the dock and club. Alcoholic and premium drinks, rented cabanas and excursions can cost extra.
| Part of your day | Budget treatment | Planning question |
|---|---|---|
| Beach Club food and standard access | Included | Do you want a relaxed day based at the club? |
| Tram between dock and club | Included | How much return time will you allow? |
| Premium drinks | Additional spending | What beverage budget suits you? |
| Private cabana | Additional purchase | Will you use it enough to justify the price? |
| Excursion or watersports | Additional purchase | How much club time do you want to keep? |
Our recommendation is to choose the atmosphere you want before deciding where to settle. You may prefer reading near the beach, swimming or spending time around the pool. Start with one priority, then leave room to move if you want a different setting later.
If traveling with a group, agree on a meeting point and a rough plan. That gives everyone freedom to enjoy their own day without repeatedly searching for each other.
Compare the current price, capacity and specific inclusions. Then consider how much time your party will actually spend there. A cabana may be appealing if you want a shared base for most of the day; it may be less useful if everyone has booked different excursions.
Our recommendation is to divide the cost across the adults who intend to use it and discuss that amount before booking. Do not assume every cabana includes the same extras.
Virgin’s current Beach Club guidance says Bar Tab can be used for premium drinks there. Confirm the applicable balance and terms for your reservation. It is still worth keeping track of spending, particularly if you also plan paid beverages onboard.
Choose based on your main goal. If you want an easy day with included food and a place to relax, the club may meet it. If a specific excursion or island experience is the reason you want Bimini, compare its timing against the club time you would be giving up.
Leave a return margin and follow the ship’s all-aboard instructions. The tram’s availability does not replace planning the return from another activity.
Check the onboard instructions for towels, identification and excursion requirements rather than assuming the arrangements from a previous trip.
Our suggested starting plan is to get oriented, choose a beach or pool base, leave time for lunch and keep a clear return plan. Add an excursion or cabana only if it serves the kind of day you want.
